A cheater seeks to hold onto all that is good in their primary relationship while addressing their other needs on the side. It takes more (courage) to walk away from a (known present) in order to pursue an (unknown future). This woman needs to put on her “big girl” pants and hit the road. The only thing worse than leading a guy on for 24 years is to lead him on for 25 or 30 years! If she stays she’ll continue to cheat.
